Embracing Change: CatholicCare Moves to a New Home

Story By: Kate Venables

Change is the heartbeat of progress, and it’s with great excitement that we share the news of CatholicCare’s relocation to a new, dynamic location at 146 Mort Street. We have bid farewell to our former premises in the heart of Ruthven Street and have ushered in a new era of growth, innovation, and opportunity for the organisation in our new home in Mort Street.

The decision to move was not taken lightly, and it was born following the sale of our former premises. With any move or major change, there are many moving parts to consider. We have embraced this entire process as an opportunity to better serve our community, elevate our services, and create an environment conducive to our vision of excellence in community support. Our new address in Mort Street represents more than just a physical space; it embodies our commitment to resilience and our dedication to providing unparalleled service to our cherished clients.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of the relocation, one thing remained constant: our unwavering dedication to our clients.

We understood the importance of continuity for our clients and following the pandemic in 2020 we were in a good place to transition all of our clients to online and phone and continue to support our clients with limited interruptions. Our teams worked tirelessly to ensure a seamless transition, with minimal disruption to our clients and service offerings that our community has come to expect from us.

As we embark on this new chapter, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our loyal clients and partners, dedicated employees, and supportive community.

Your unwavering support has been the cornerstone of our journey, and we were honoured to have you by our side side as we embrace this exciting new chapter. Rest assured, our commitment to supporting our community remains steadfast, and we welcome you to experience this unwavering support and get in touch with our office to find out more about how we can support you or someone you know. We reopened our new doors to our first clients in the new office on 15 April, where we’ve continued to go above and beyond for our community and clients.

Change is inevitable, but with it comes boundless opportunity. We invite you to join us on this journey as we chart new horizons, continue to deliver unwavering support, and maintain what it means to be a leader in our industry.
