Office and Ministry Opening/Closure Times During Christmas and New Year Break:

Bishop’s Office – CLOSED from Wednesday 24/12/25, reopen Monday 5/1/26.
Diocesan Finance Office (inc. DDF) – CLOSED from 12pm Wednesday 24/12/25, reopen Monday 5/1/26.
Communications Office – CLOSED from Tuesday 23/12/25, reopen Monday 5/1/26. (Note: Office will also be closed 12/1/26 to 30/1/26)
Fundraising Office – CLOSED from Monday 22/12/25, reopen Monday 5/1/26.

Pastoral Care, Toowoomba Hospital – Available 24/7 during the Christmas and New Year period. Call 07 4616 6415 during office hours or ask on the ward.
Pastoral Care, St Vincent’s Private Hospital Toowoomba – Pastoral Care staff will be on-site as normal, except for public holidays. Call 07 4690 4207. However Pastoral Care is always available, patients and families can still request to see someone from Pastoral Care by contacting the ward’s Nurse Unit Manager.
