| After two years of preparation work the Diocesan Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) was launched on the 11th November. The launch began with a smoking and water ceremony. There was then a time of remembering Remembrance Day with family members of Len Waters, Australia’s first Aboriginal Fighter Pilot. Following this there were speeches from Raelene Ward, Emeritus Bishop William Morris, Bishop Brian Finnigan, artist Kim Walmsley and Grant Paulson from Reconciliation Australia. |
