The third Diocesan Gathering was held 12th-13th June 2004. The location was the Salo Centre at St Ursula's College, Toowoomba.

Discovering a Sense of the Sacred
The Fourth Diocesan Gathering was held on the long weekend in June 9th & 10th 2007 at the Cathedral Centre, Toowoomba.
The Gathering was a full 2 day programme with a Eucharist at the Cathedral on Saturday night and a dinner and entertainment at the Cathedral Centre following the Eucharist Celebrations. Keynote speakers were Bishop Bill Morris and Father Denis Edwards, a priest in the Archdiocese of Adelaide. Fr Edwards is a senior lecturer in theology at the School of Theology of Flinders University and also teaches for the Catholic Theology College within the Adelaide College of Divinity. Fr Edwards has published works including Made from Stardust and Breath of Life.
